There's a popular bike/running trail outside my window which has had like 400% more traffic recently. I know the risk of transmitting the coronavirus is low for people running past each other, but the path crosses a main road like a quarter-mile away from my apartment, and I bet our newly minted athletes are hitting the button for the crosswalk at the intersection.

I was doing lifting and kettlebell stuff pretty hard before quarantine and now I can't go to the gym I'm leaning heavily on pullups, pushups and snatches. every time I try to get stronger I get to a point where I'm able to crank out a decent amount of pushups, I start to see more definition in my arms, then my whingey baby left elbow starts to hurt and I can't do anything for weeks, by which point I've lost momentum. This has basically been my trying to attain fitness story my entire life.

30g chia seeds, 30g oats, 30g maple syrup (optional), 50+g frozen berries, 170g soy milk (200g if no syrup), 2 drops of extract like almond... mix it up and let sit overnight... really good breakfast imo

you are the 2nd to say this but i swear it takes a mere 90 seconds of necessary labor time, and the night before, when labor time is less valuable... i guess that's still 3x what a bowl of cereal takes

i got this book today by this child named William Prowse IV who's on youtube if you ever attempt to learn about cheap DIY solar. he lived in a car for a while, therefore i automatically trust him more on health issues than any of these rip-off doctors. it's all pretty basic stuff except he goes hard for RO water filters cuz the water supply's not what it was even 30 years ago, it's filled with plastics and pharmas now.

waters actually a lot better than it was 30 years ago thanks to epa, and even old school sand filters remove the overwhelming majority of microplastics. and pharmaceutical concentrations in drinking water are so far sub-theraputic its ridiculous, taking parts per trillion there

unless you're treating seawater or sewage ro is usually wanton overkill. for all practical purposes you get p much the same result with far less energy consumption and wastewater production using conventional filters or less intensive membrane filters

this is all anecdotal evidence but ive been doing intermittent fasting for 9-10 months with an eating window of 4-6 hours (usually in the 3pm-9pm range, sometimes its 5pm-9pm or sometimes 2pm-7pm i mean around the afternoon and start of the evening basically, and i make sure i have a 16-20hrs window of nothing but water and tea) and i feel really good. i dont do keto though i eat everything aside from land meat, processed foods and refined sugar, i eat a lot of nuts, fruits, various greens - particularly okras and bitter melon, red/black rice, fermented dairy and shrimps and scale fish are my only source of animal protein, i thought on going vegan but apparently you cant step away from animal based products as they help with a batter bioavailability and absorption of non animal based nutrients. yet i workout everyday with a bodyweight workout plan (5-6 times a week) and 1h-1h15 of cardio (every day) so roughly 6-7.5 kilometres and most days i go out for a walk, from the google maps calculations of my routes it ranges from 5 to 10 kilometres. every muscle must be tight... yet i can still read, focus, be aware of my surroundings and on point and so on so maybe you should do a blood test because youre lacking some things, or sleep more like no less than 9-10 hours, while also making your sleep schedule fit hours of sunrise and sundown or at least be close to them. i still sleep with the blinds closed so i have some erratic nights where i cant sleep and end up staying up until 2-3am but i think that when summer will kick in ill leave them open and leave the sun tailor my sleep.
i dont believe in all the different diets hype so maybe thats your problem, you should just eat what you want as long as you feel its good for you, like you can feel a bottle of coke wont do you no good, yet pea pods will, you dont need no science behind it. also prioritize food from your original ethnic area, if your ancestors survived for thousands of years eating whatever they were eating your gut microbiota will be shaped to eat the same thing.
why do you think people from the periphery who escape the rural subsistence farming life to move in industrialized urban hell - and that applies particularly to the diaspora living in core societies - are the most potent recipients for obesity. they cant use chains to slow us down and control us anymore so they use calorie rich processed foods
ALSO im still young so im at my best capacities but if youre past your mid 20s like i assume most people here are years of abuse, alcohol, sitting and red meat might have burned out your body quickly so the best way to become fit would probably be going down a few years for armed robbery, make sure to pop someone in the kneecap to get all the years you need and then construct a cool schedule with hours of working out, hours of studying the immortal science, and if they dont allow marxist literature in your countries prison because of antirevolutionary repressive measures youll still have time for all the philosophies and spiritualities that existed in written tradition anyway, while still allowing yourself hours of meditation and all the time you need to cook. food quality will be horrible for the first few weeks and you might get mercury poisoning from canned tuna. but being stuck around some threatening guys whos only pleasure left in life is slowly eating up n00bs will radically boost your metabolism and give you all the motivation you need. this sounds absurd but if youre like 32 and feel too fat for your own good reflect on it seriously

Easy advice for people whose ancestors were reasonably near the equator! My ancestors diet was great for them but I'm gonna keep prioritizing peppers over my ethnic foods and my gut biome will just have to adapt
