Forgive my wiki ignorance on formatting but!

Sean's face picture should be used for the main portion of the article. If you're going to put a picture of the tattoo, then a sub-section detailing that the tattoo was the result of a poll to the online gaming community he played for. He asked members of Goonswarm Federation (an Eve Online Alliance) for drawn submissions for his piece of artwork. The dragon was the winning design. Unfortunately the verifiable source for this is behind a locked forum so I'm not sure how you'd cite that source unless you used the eveinfo.net wiki article about the tattoo (which is more satirical than informational)

I think he passes the notability criteria. He was an elected member of Eve Online's Council of Stellar Management, which is a committee that advises the game's developers. By itself, that does not establish notability, but combined with the manner of his death, it contributes. Falcon8765

he told me before that his job was to build secure telecommunications wiring within american compounds and sort of make sure it worked for VIPs and such. as far as i know he was a diplomat only in the sense that anyone that works for a consular service is considered a diplomat. like he wasn't in rooms with elites going "look, yasir, you need to give on this point." he was the guy that made sure the intercom worked though.

vilerat, aka Sean Smith, was an IT guy for the US State Department. He was assigned to work at a consulate in Benghazi. That office was attacked by far-right Islamic militants during a protest over a low-budget film that portrays Mohammed as a pedophile (it's looking more and more like the attack was premeditated and just used what would otherwise have likely been a non-violent protest as cover). While most of the consular staff evacuated, vilerat stayed behind to wipe classified data log off of EVE Online, and was killed in the attack. In the mean time, Chris Stevens, the US ambassador, and his bodyguards evacuated to a safe house. The attackers followed, and killed the ambassador and two other State Department employees.

Hours after his remarks, U.S. officials told The Associated Press that the Pentagon had dispatched two destroyers — both of which carry Tomahawk missiles — to move towards Libya. The USS Laboon was stationed off the coast on Wednesday while the USS McFaul was due to arrive within days.

The warships don't have a specific mission, officials said, although they were standing by to respond to orders from the president. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss troop movements.
