does the same hold true for rape fantasies of women

actually this is probably more true than not for at least some women who can sort of locate the trauma of being raped in a sort of retroactive fantasy & thereby deal with it & process it. it seems really terrible and unhealthy, but it's better than being broken I guess? but you're probably still broken at that point, just differently

yes, male and female victims of sexual assault often play out the cycle of abuse in relationships they form later on. they are indeed a target for predators.
many women and men aren't having actual rape fantasies; being overpowered by someone you desire is not like rape. women are not fantasizing about a family member of their partner betraying everyone's trust and raping them when everyone else is out of the house. women don't fantasize about being brutally beaten or having serious damage done to their anuses and vaginas by strangers who wait outside of their apartment buildings or bars and threaten to kill them if they go to police.

do you even WANT to work for a bank? jesus.
Keven posted:Oh sorry, I guess in that case you are qualified to say that women generally don't want to be sexually assaulted by their fathers. My mistake.

it isn't enthusiastic consent, is it?
getfiscal posted:dear OP, unfortunately the "feminists" on this site don't think criminalizing sex work is a good idea, so they probably support rape novel writers because that's just working hard for money and we shant slut-shame. couldn't make it up. political correctness gone mad.
Actually it's more about ending demand, punishing the readers, not the writers. For example under the successful Swedish model, the state offers rehabilitation services for erotica writers to get out of the industry. This includes classes that teach them how to write Scandinavian crime and mystery fiction rather than rape and incest porn.

Race 4: Asians
This model is sufficient to describe about 80% of the planet, but it fails with Indians/Arabs/Persians. Should we add a fifth race? But what about the synchronicity with the Four Elements, the Four Humours, etc.? Deep questions to be answered
Cheers.

Should pygmies be considered a human subspecies? How do they fit in a Marxist framework?
Also if societies based on equity are supposed to produce populations with good average intelligence but no geniuses or really dumb people, and societies based on disparity and competition are supposed to have lots of dumb people and lots of geniuses, shouldn't there be like 10 Einsteins and 15 Bachs born in Africa already?
Cheers.
the Church proposes concrete means of reconciliation, which must be realized at every level. The weight of history, with its litany of resentments, fears, suspicions between families, ethnic groups or populations must first be overcome. "One cannot remain a prisoner of the past: individuals and peoples need a sort of "healing of memories'" (John Paul II, Message for World Day of Peace 1997, n. 3). This will require especially a correct re-reading of each other's history (at the level of education, culture...), resisting all hasty and partisan judgements, in order to acquire a better knowledge and therefore acceptance of others.
