Screen use is bad for getting to sleep. Put the phone on airplane mode and turn the computer off, then read a book for 20 minutes, or even listen to a podcast with the sleep timer on.
a lot of people will suggest building a routine to aid in sleep and while it is totally correct advice it can be difficult to follow through when you've got nothing going on. one thing I'll suggest is to try to pin your routine to the activities of other people who have better schedules, you mentioned you have roommates? I don't know if this would actually work with your living situation, but try being up and about to make coffee when they're getting going for work in the morning, and if you can cook make a meal for the household when they get home (eating with others is also a nice way to wean off of bad food habits.) even just having those two points of activity to center your day around can go a long way towards encouraging a Regular Human Life of being active during the day and resting at night.
when a person is unwell it can be so difficult to get together the motivation for basic self care, but sometimes you can cheat that by caring for others and then just kind of accidentally helping yourself out too as a byblow.

But the illnesses and deaths that come from COVID-19 is not the worry of the strategists of capital. They are only concerned with damage to stock markets, profits and the capitalist economy. Indeed, I have heard it argued in the executive suites of finance capital that if lots of old, unproductive people die off, that could boost productivity because the young and productive will survive in greater numbers!

I posted an angry old french infectious diseases specialist's opinion in the kkkonspiracy thread but i will paraphrase: "fuck you it's a normal coronavirus like the four that typically already circulate in a flu season, how about you pay attention to those deaths too, oh right it's not Chinese and scary. well you know what I'm going to follow Chinese advice and you should too. this is going to not even be a blip compared to typical over-winter death rates due to typical infectious diseases like flu and the above-mentioned non-new coronaviruses. this insane fear mongering is so much worse than the virus itself. p.s. again fuck you."
