oh jesus christ ken. oh god. ohohohohohoho i'm dying here. keep going. what stilted conversation did you have w. your dad and brother in the pub over your warm pint of fosters. were there a couple of men with no necks playing pool and calling each other cunts. was there a sad, frail old man reading the paper when you arrived who was still there when you left, and a trio of unmarried, 40-something CAMRA nerds having a loud inebriated argument about Dr. Who

no it was a poncey gastropub.... there were a couple old geezers who were probably regulars from Before, some braying mockneys in tweed jackets who probably had jobs in the amorphous realm of Media.... a quite attractive (east) asian girl who kept givin me eyez..... familial conversation was mildly stilted though, mostly focusing on It's So Weird You're Back and How Much Was a Pack Of Fags Out There Again

tpaine i had a french friend in los angeles who was really enamoured by british slang and i taught him some phrases and he ended up walking about drunkenly shouting 'ouankers! fackin ouankers!' like ruby the african grey

I love when craigslist postings list every single neighborhood in the city for all of their apt listings, it's really helpful
#549
bohemians should start moving into lincoln park and establishing a presence. like, oh? boring ppl moving into these landlocked places with crumbling buildings? we can smoke cigarettes and talk about novels next to the lake just as well, tyvm

re: VYAD's ifap thread;

Discipline discusses a very interesting topic that i feel often gets ignored because it's a bit too close to reviled concepts such as 'evo-psych' and 'gender essentialism'; basically, when people say 'gender identities are artificial' they might be absolutely right but in what way is this relevant? like khamsek often quotes 'tank brigades are social constructs as well', or to a greater extent, the nation state is fully artificial and even more so historically transient yet its manifestation in reality is very much real.

a MTF transpersyn does not really relinquish the privileges that have allowed males to dominate politically and physically over females for pretty much the entirety of recorded history, that is, this person is still likely larger, stronger and more likely to dominate in physical confrontations.

re: vyad's ifap thread;

that thread is super boring. gender is totally gay. crow please make it so vyad has to draw an mspaint cartoon series about the travails of an mtf puppy or w/e
