the third to last character in the upper right is "chess," and google translate gives that quadrant as "seeing through the core of international games," which is kind of festive i guess

it's an old way to refer to weiqi (Go), but you wouldn't use it by itself really anymore. 博弈 is like "The Game" imo. 大博弈 is how the Great Game is translated into Chinese.
so maybe a good translation of the whole phrase is "knowing how the international game is really played". someone smarter than me at chinese can probably correct me.
anyway, immediate and unmerciful death to the state of israel, and water and food for all children and civilians regardless of ethnicity or nationhood. ttyl
