Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) Executive Council member Rıza Altun answered questions of ANF English service about the developments taking place in Kurdistan and the Middle East amid what he calls the Third World War.

Good to remember how they released it: the OPCW was told what conclusion to come to before 'investigating' and selected anonymous 'experts' to say the right vague things... This draft 'report' was then leaked to friendly media like the NYT days before it was given to the Syrian government.

With the story thus set, once the actual report was officially released months later they could minimise the impact of what a laughable F- it was.


Also interesting is that even with the 'evidence' collected in the report its quite possible to come to totally different conclusions

They also said they're ready to come back with a vengeance if need be, and I believe them because they were going to do this before until shit got worse and they stopped the withdrawal and intensified operations leading to the present more favourable situation. It is absolutely hastey and probably ill advised to make these premature announcements about victory though, but I think and hope Petrol is right and they know better than to actually believe it's over
