'If you don't work you don't eat' clearly refers to the bourgeoisie and not disabled people. If your lurking this website and we're confused for a sec.

no, it doesn't apply to disabled people, as the quote mentioned, but it does apply to lumpenproles and other such degenerate elements

The approach the PRC took towards ending opium addiction proved to be the most effective anti-drug program in history. Attack the source of the problem (distribution networks, dealers, economic roots etc) and provide a constructive way to rehabilitate. 70 million addicts reduced to practically 0 in just a few years is proof that addiction is a social problem that can be remedied.

One can argue that misanthropes only contribute negatively to society and damage social cohesion but the science of Marxism leninism holds hope that the steampunk wedding pictures will be released.
#86
i am just shocked that you would support duerte, who has pledged to leverage vigilantism, compulsory treatment, and mass killing to solve his country's drug problem. now, mao, on the other hand,
#87
Addressing the economic roots of drug addiction and providing constructive rehabilitation through employment is important to long term suppression of addiction.

Since the last time the situation in the Philippines has been discussed on this forum, his alignment with different bourgeois forces in the Philippines has changed. The CPP line has been correct the entire time

i don't know how you can support killing all those chinese drug dealers and producers. after all, many were poor, and capitalism created the circumstances in which they developed. what choice did they have when *looks at card* you can buy drugs with a debit card now. shit wait i have the right one here somewhere

#89
yeah the cartel bosses + FBI and Homeless Earl who smokes crack behind the warehouse are equally valid targets of persecution to end the drug problem

This is wrong; the drug trade is run by the rich and only the rich, and to a lesser extent bourgeois managers, profit from it

many of those who grew and sold opium who were harassed, immiserated and/or killed by the cultural revolution were in fact small farmers, or if they worked for larger criminal organizations, were exploited by them

This line of trolling is especially sad considering we are all familiar with the fact that goatstein uses the exact opposite logic to mess with liberal supporters of the Troops

So you agree with me that the poor do not profit from the drug trade. Thank you.

yeah forreal jesus christ lmao. like they're just blanket condmening the reserve army of labour to starvation instead of organizing them against hte non-working opressing class goat you dumbass

also the idea that drug users don't work or that they constitute a readily and reliably identifiable group is extremely laughable, tons of folks out there use drugs specifically so they can keep working under the shitawful ultra alienated conditions. meanwhile there's an eminently identifiable and objectively guilty class of persons (starts with a B!!!) responsible for basically everything wrong who neither you nor duterte are either doing anything to liquidate or repress or advocate for their repression or liquidation.

also not working under the current conditions of labour is nowhere near equivalent to not working under socialism in general for like a trillion reasons fuck you lol

the liberal whine with junkies as it is with troops is that they had no choice because they were often poor and developed in a capitalist system. i point out that this line, while just as true, becomes suddenly inapplicable when applied to 1950s chinese drug suppliers and growers, whom i also don't particularly care about and whose deaths were probably generally also beneficial

i like reading up about the cultural revolution because there is the standard "mao and stalin were in the closet making babies and i saw the baby and then the baby looked at me and killed 100,000,000 peasants" thing but then there are sites written by tankies that sound exactly like the shit they tell you when you're 7. the british were very bad and everyone was sad but then general george washington, using his love of freedom, rallied everyone to fight and liberty forever. perhaps the truth is somewhere in the middle

the reason this is a catchphrase here is because everyone already accepts this and generally tries to diligently discuss the successes and failures of communist leaders, movements, and governments as part of the normal course of historical development. when other people talk about reading about the cultural revolution it's about like, reading books, searching for reliable information, interpreting the sources in light of their beliefs and motivations, assessing insights into the material conditions surrounding events, etc, whereas you are like "i lurked some shit forums and tumblrs and discovered opposing camps of internet dogmatists, w0w"

tankies churning out ridiculous cartoon defenses of communist states predates the internet by decades

#110
haha, one of the things i like about military history is that the results tend to speak for themselves. mao and the rest of the long marchers went from a couple enclaves near the coast, walked halfway across the country, fighting, wheeling and dealing with local warlords, to a backwater, where they gradually built up their power, got valuable fighting experience fighting against the japanese, till they eventually steamrolled over massive armies, with their propaganda and correct political thinking getting large numbers of enemies to switch sides.

it'd be like if washington didn't stop at valley forge, but had to go all the way to washington state, fighting the british the whole way. also the british weren't busy fighting wars, they focused entirely on this with major states backing them, as opposed to the american revolution where everyone opposed to britain was supporting the americans.
at least military history can say, well this was a crazy accomplishment, even if we don't agree with their politics.
when i hear people denying communism as a economic powerhouse, i just laugh. yeah, it's such a garbage system, the two major countries that had communist revolutions went from being colonised nobodies who had absolutely no global power to sitting at the big table with economies that rival the most powerful imperialist state, despite a majority of world leaders despising them (in power, not purely by number, obviously many small countries supported red russia and red china).

if chiang had won the chinese civil war, he would be the biggest hero of the 20th century to the capitalist world. all the dead would have been swept under the rug, just like those lost in industrialising england and america have been. i'm not going to say mao was some superhuman, who singlehandedly led the world's most populace nation to a pinnacle of wealth, he was just a hardworking, intelligent man who surrounded himself with similar people, had a political line that was based on a good analysis of the contemporary society, and a bit of luck. even he says we'll make mistakes, the difference is we'll try to analyse why the mistakes would happen, and try to prevent them again. compare this to our current society, where the politicians can't fix a fucking thing, and things keep going wrong again and again. china had plenty of famines before communism, how many do they have nowadays?

people being lazy in our current society are those who would rather not enrich someone else at their expense, and get some crumbs for the effort. people being lazy in a communist society would be those who rather leech off everyone around them, taking a small portion from everyone else working. the social stigma would be much higher, especially when you compare how some poorly educated people dislike people on the dole, saying they're taking my tax dollars!

i mean, it's easy to deride that attitude in our current society, since the freeloaders are definitely the wealthy who accrue vast wealth without doing incredible work. a good thing to point out to people, the ceo of the corporation they work at probably made more money in a couple hours on the first day of the year than they will all year. plenty of people know this, but then say, "do you really think that person did more work in those hours, sweated more, was more productive, than you are going to do/be all year?" it's fucking new years day, they're probably fucking hiding in their office with the blinds down nursing their hangover.

Actually, details on the People's Rhizzone Revolutionary Army's strength, force composition and order of battle vary due to its secretive and insular nature.

Most Western intellegence agencies tend to agree, however, that the PRRA consists of a single division. This is a result of several regiments worth of troops "deactivating" over the course of the last few years.

In any case, the CIA World Factbook has a pretty good guesstimate of the structure of the single PRRA division.

Although the bulk is contained in the motor rifle regiments, mounted on fixie bikes, the true strength of the PRRA lies in its artillery brigades. Their doctrine, owing to lessons from the Red Army, revolves around concentrating massive amounts of both shit posts and effort posts katyusha style on a single forum "schwerpunkt", in order to cause a complete collapse of enemy morale, understanding, and even interest.

Also noteworthy is the sophisticated, rear-echelon supply battalions. Regular posting drills ensure that they can bring an unending stream of ever more obscure primary source material to the front in a timely manner.
