what if the young man being starved in the basement was rich and his captor was a starving homeless woman who had overpowered him (he was in a wheelchair or something), and is now forcing him to reveal the location of his hidden treasures so she could buy food

Tpaine, you need to take the analogies in the beginning, and make them simpler. There is no reason to cram a tom cruise plot into it. Just say, why can we kill to defend ourselves, but not steal? or something simpler than it is. Thats my feedback.

I love the two party structure in this country. it's the gift that keeps on giving to the 1%. we just had congress pass a "deal" along the lines of hack Spielberg movie lincoln, last minute and so dramatic - kept us from going off the fiscal cliff everyone! finally, democrats and republicans working together. *crosses arms and nods in a satisfied manner* *whips off hat* listen yall. did you hear? obamaer just got everyone to work together and they averted a major crisis (the end of capitalism) by cutting social programmes and raising taxes on regular folk making 29k a year, like me. they doin it in such a way we won't notice we're in boiling water until it's too late. THAts change *I* can believe in.
