Wait aren't you an apprentice electrician now. Keep working more and more the work week starts at 60 my man you're in the doing thing squad now and it's important that you continue to do things frequently and powerfully. We can't let these pencil necked geeks win. And if we stop doing things they will.

agreed those fucks will run this place into the ground if we let them. Eventually things will get better, even 40 hours with four tens gives me enough time to do some shit, although not to do shit _completely_. I'm just posting how I feel these days.

Really I haven't been working too much I've been fucking driving too much. With commutes this eight hour day is like eleven and a half. It's bs to the max.
#14
sometimes i've gotta do a 3 hour round trip commute to attend a one hour meeting and it is some asinine bullshit
#15
Yeah driving sounds stupid

I really dig long distance driving, I drove across Canada a few months ago and I got into a rhythm and it was just good. I drive to clear my head and I drive when I'm mad and I drive when I want to feel cool and I drive when I need to do a thing. my dad was a truck driver, and now I think I can see why he stayed doing it for so long.

but commuting blows.

i drive 30 minutes to work, 40 minutes to the job, 40 minutes back and 30 minutes home.

I imagine you driving along, hollering youtube video IDs at your phone's speech to text, getting super angry every time it fucks up the capitalization

It's messed up that you can't get EI of you leave your job because it sucks ass.

I wish I had the energy to look for something better and I'm doing rotating shift work so for 1/2 of the month I sleep from 9-5, which makes looking for work even harder.

I'm starting to understand how people get stuck working at McDonald's for decades

Basically same here. I'm actually about to get a job as a restaurant delivery driver so we'll see if I start to hate it after that.
