No age of consent.
Legitimacy of sex act must be based on 3 principles:
1. Moral/mental and intellectual readiness.
2. Physical readiness.
3. Voluntary agreement.
If all three priciples fulfilled, everything is ok. Else - it's a crime.

their draft laws say age of consent is 13:

"11. Child molestation
11(1) Definition: Child molestation is engaging in a sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13; or filming any person under the age of 18 during his or her sexual intercourse or any other sexual activity; or procuring any person under the age of 18 to engage in prostitution."

possible note here: their child molestation law doesn't seem to ban molestation. bug or feature?

a masked stranger in the liberland constituent assembly seems to have convinced them with a john galt-like speech that the age of consent should drop from 13 to 12 because it seems to make historical sense
