wow tpog that song was stuck in my head just 2 days ago.. avril is one of my guilty pleasures i suppose.
i used 2 live in a flat w/ no internet, so i would frequent a cafe a few blocks away. i saw a flyer in the bathroom posted by a japanese guy looking for an american to have a language exchange w/. the flyer had a really cute dog on it so i approached him one night in the cafe - from then on he would talk my ear off several nights a week, but he sometimes paid for my beverages so it was fair.

he was always decked out from head to toe in green clothes. sometimes he sported a green madhatter type hat. he had a green scarf that said avril lavigne on it and had a big X. his favorite band was green day.. one time he made me watch a video of green day performing live and he kept talking about how meaningful it was n he was choking back tears.

also sometimes his screensaver would pop up on his macbook n it was a slideshow of porno pics of busty blonde women. his cigarette case had a horny pic of a blonde on it, too. neway ya he also loved avril.. i was leaving berlin for an indefinite period n i told him was going away so he gave me his card, which said he was a member of the green party, but he told me not to show it to anyone, ever.. his name is "kei". i wonder how he is doing.. ~
