just two actually, the entire apartment is rent controlled at 1700, so three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. i technically live in the living room.

you should work out side deals with specific clients to just pay you 50/hr and cut out the middle man

o ok i live in a medium sized house with the basement converted into a 4 bdr/kitchen/bath/laundry etc also top floor has 3 bdr and kitchen/bath/laundry then theres 2 ppl i never see living in the attic i assume they got the same amenities
