For once, I'll give you an honest answer.

Anime has been an important fixture in my life. I can't understate how it has affected me.

I understand that many people don't like it. I also understand that many anime fans don't see it the same way I do. But for me, personally, it has been life-changing.

I like the shorthand fabric in anime like you can see in the image above, where the pattern doesn't conform to the fabric because that would be more confusing to the eye and take 1000x as long to draw.

i was into anime for a few years until i saw the SA forums anime subforum back in its prime and i decided i didn't want to become someone with a pillow girlfriend or whatever. instead i stopped watching anime and had no girlfriends.
