I have never seen white people so concerned about supporting immigration. Immigration is so important because it helps minorities have more jobs and wages and - oh wait it doesn't do any of those things.

Literally the only thing Rhizzone has given me as some kind of support for its immigration position is working conditions for illegals. And that argument still means that East Germany-style border security would be better than what we have now, to keep illegals from getting in and working in those terrible conditions.

And you still have to admit immigrants compete down working conditions, not raise them.

Fact is, unions are self-interested and parasitic. Not that there's anything wrong with that from a leftist perspective, its just that its in their interest to perpetuate themselves.

Saying "immigration is good because we need more poor people making shitty wages and forming unions" is incredibly cynical and accelerationist, and grasping at straws. The only reason this is even an "argument" is because of the desperate and weakening condition of liberal, let alone trot unions in the US.
