There's an old medicine show skit that goes along with iconic American song Arkansas Traveler. One fellow sits down and plays the banjo, and another one comes up and asks, “Hello there. Say, which road do you take to Nashville?”
And then you say: “I think they’ve got a road in Nashville already.”

Then you play Arkansas Traveller again, and the salesman says: “I mean can I take this road to Nashville?”
And then the banjo player says, “I’d like to see you try. It’s awful heavy.”

And then you play the tune again, before the salesman asks, "So have you lived here all your life?”

There's some other really good jokes in there too:

So it would totally not just be totally OK and accepted for us to be making racist jokes about most of you posters, but Khamsek and I have to sit idly by while y'all insult our people and no one even calls you out? I bet you haven't even been to S. Carolina, Getfiscal... kinda reminds me of all the WHITE KRAKKKERS from American history who had negative opinions of blacks without ever even meeting one...
