the only reason you're even doubting that your experience qualifies as rape is because...? you had consensual sex with the perpetrator before they raped you? lots of women are raped by their boyfriends. the coercion was nonviolent? this woman was coerced via nonviolent means, are you going to say she wasn't raped? is it because you're a man, and your victimizer was a woman?

if you don't feel comfortable discussing your experiences with other victims because it "doesn't compare", or calling it rape, esp. since you haven't had any particularly strong negative reaction, that's okay. many female victims feel that way too (e.g. "I resist calling any of my bad sexual experiences rape, at least in part because their impact on my sanity and happiness was negligible in the long term."). that doesn't change the reality that being coerced into sex by blackmail is unambiguously rape.

there's probably something to be said about the relative level of violence and abuse, to put it bluntly, it didn't appear it took a lot to coerce our friend dru to keep intercoursing this chick.
