actually at my old job the only guys I enjoyed talking to about current events or politics or whatever were the conspiracy theory people. none of them were actually unhinged they just knew that almost everything they were being told was bs.

dude where i work is deep into conspiracy shit, sometimes its dumb alien religion stuff ("it cant be a coincidence that every prehistoric civilisation has cave drawings of people with wings") but occasionally he'll be like "isnt it weird that jewish people control everything now" and i wonder if hes just quoting joe rogan again or if he needs correcting

i dont normally read much in teh summer but ive been rereading the elementary particles and the first chapter is awesome. he goes to some lame scientist party and flushes his bird down a chute followed by the last line of the chapter "So ended his first night of freedom." now that's runnin it back

I would advise you do that. Especially Ghost Wars. Probably the most enjoyable book I've ever read.
