i thought the default bus behavior was trying not to sit next to anyone, regardless of gender? at what point within a fixed volume does obsessive avoidance of women necessarily become the intentional seeking of men

i bet theres an exact formula where you input the number of seats vs. passengers and factor in gender disparity (assuming gaussian distribution) and weight the value of each empty seat by distance from door

If the only open seats are next to women, you still shouldn't sit next to them.
Despite those seats being the only available, the woman will still know the real reason why you sat there. It's better to just stand up and get your leg endurance up for all the standing you'll be doing at that Taco Bell night shift position and your daily wal-mart shopping.
