zuh, the first question is stupid as fuck:
I'd rather do things:
a) the right way than cut corners to increase efficiency
b) efficiently and successfully than perform perfectly
reads to me like "do you prefer to FUCK UP or FUCK UP?"
obviously the correct answer is to know how and when one can cut corners to improve efficiency and then to do that perfectly
this is what i do. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ANSWER THIS
exaactly man

like, i think what that question was asking was actually something along the lines of "do you want to rush and do a shitty job, or take your time and do a good job", but they had to dress it up so that the first option sounded more attractive
NO THE QUESTIONS ARE SCIENTIFICALLY EXACT

It is more intense than most tests, which I never had as much difficulty answering. This one had me pausing for long periods as I evaluated my response. Every time I selected "no preference" it felt like an ideological failure, but I eventually decided it was acceptable since those values should be balanced. I was impressed by my variety of answers. It helped me to see where I lie on the extreme of issues. I realized implicitly that many of the respondents were on the opposite extreme, or at least more moderate than I.
I have never taken a personality test that influenced me so deeply.

Most seem acceptable but the extremely negative answer for "The Generalist" offends me because I am highly productive and have defined myself as a "generalist" in professional scenarios.

This test is thoroughly philosophical. It asks a number of key, dare I say, existential questions about who we are and what we believe.
