Many of the types don't really correspond to the two traits with which they're associated, imo. Do reformers tend to be rational? Are motivators necessarily adaptable, artists reserved, skeptics committed and security-oriented, or peacemakers easygoing?

zuh, the first question is stupid as fuck:

I'd rather do things:
a) the right way than cut corners to increase efficiency
b) efficiently and successfully than perform perfectly

reads to me like "do you prefer to FUCK UP or FUCK UP?"

obviously the correct answer is to know how and when one can cut corners to improve efficiency and then to do that perfectly
