have you guys tried #bookz before? I never used library.nu so I don't know if the selection is as good, but that seems like sort of a moot point now

It's a big IRC channel for sharing book files. I don't really understand IRC technology, but from what I gather the server hosts a huge amount of files that can be searched through + downloaded by putting requests through the channel bot

even though it's not the fastest system, and the tech sucks, the selection is pretty good and it's definitely cut down on my book spending

check out amazon's kindle ebook store. it's like librarydotnu except there are small fees and some of that goes to the content creator (sorta a reverse kickstarter i guess)

ive used dropbox for similar stuff, it works well as long as the administrator of the group doesnt disappear. its pretty painless to set up, and i have tons of PDFs saved on my computer

what are you looking for? aaarg has absorbed a lot of library's old stuff recently. also searching for the title + .pdf in google might help (that's how I found huntington lol)
