ive always been a normal, physically-fit person with a good job, committed relationship and no serious mental illnesses or substance abuse problems but i realized that even i felt a whole lot better about life about a month after i stopped spending time on a forum for belligerent depression teens to denounce each other and talk about their suicide ideation and general stupidity
