Rhizzone blessings to you

It turned out that the bills are still being paid by one of our benefactors (I think either gssh or shriekking) but for a moment in December they weren't, and the server was shut off. I dug up a login and was able to turn it back on. The walls have a layer of dust on them, but I think with some light cleaning it can still be preserved ...
thank you for bringing back the stalinist irony forum, one of my favourite places online

thank you steg. i remember the talks you did years ago that you uploaded. you have been really pivotal on my online discovery of leftist material.
i am so happy this place is still around

sure: currently 225, down from 240 in spring. long-term target is roughly "anywhere below 190," but hell, i haven't looked at a scale and seen a 1 in the first digit in almost a decade, so i'll be happy even with that
i am now down ~55 lbs from my starting point, below 190 for the first time in my adult life. definitely more visibly muscular than i've ever been -- even a mild pump gives me that biceps vein bulge.
that said, my new goal is somewhere in the 10-15% bodyfat range. not quite there yet, but i swear i will see an ab soon.
also, haven't made any real progress on that deadlift, but i haven't backslid, either. i figure that's fine; i'm getting older, i'm not looking to do this competitively, and i've proven over the last year that it's a non-injurious load, so this is probably a good level of challenge to keep my spine strong
