yes of course. i wouldn't trust most homebrew kits though & there are lots of commercial microbreweries that are just trying to rip you off

but you can totally do it yourself with some time, research, & dedication to the craft... it's actually pretty common out in the sticks even if it's become a lost art among city folks

thinking of getting into this new "Water" drink, doing some research, keep seeing sources that say the alcohol by volume is 0%? obviously that can't be right, please advise

no that's right, it's got no alcohol. but don't worry-- you can still drink it to death! like alcohol, sheer quantity will work, but pro-biotic preparations are more common
