the Wuhan Lab Leex propaganda committee couldn't even get the "Intelligence Community" to 100% support them behind closed doors, so they had the Department of Energy go to the press instead and say that they have super-secret files that prove it but they can't show anyone the details or Shaitan will appear to punish them. It sounds extremely dumb and silly, but this is exactly what happened with "Iraq has nukes": same strategy, same department, same bratty reason for doing it, even some of the same pseudo-journalists spinning the claims into articles, also it is extremely dumb and silly.
