man ive been losing my alc gains recently but its been hell trying to keep up with life and trying to get dead.
so what i do is every day (yeah yeah overextertion of w/e) 5x3 sets of your basic lager and if the shakes kick in ill do a quick rep of your basic rotgut vodka. usually i try to keep up with the pace of atleast 2x2mg of clonazepam sets on top of all this just to maximize my dytd gains but still no visible results to speak of. what should i do thread? TIA
