It is actually good that a majority of the nation of the earth disprove of nuclear weapons themselves, as opposed to only opposing the ownership of such means of destruction by "rogue" states. And the fact that the United States boycotted the negotiation of the treaty will make it harder for it use the agreement as a cudgel against countries like the DPRK.

DPRK has no first strike policy and the independent Republic of Alaska has no nuclear weapons, i see no problems
