Fucking bullshit. If this movie comes to my city I'm going to show up in my reproduction '44 Red Army coat and pass out copied pages from Fraud, Famine, and Fascism outside the threatre. We should get organized and run into the showings and shout "RED SALUTE" when Stalin comes on screen and "NAZI LIES" when they say some fascist shit like "We must save ourselves or die".

we should try something different for this one

Stalin: Excellent. I will give the order to kill all the livestock soon. Then our stores of grain will be shipped to the west. Ensure we are paid in gold bars - this is the only currency that the people building my grand palace will accept, given the fact the Russian economy is in ruins due to socialism.
Hitler: Please allow me to ask, President Stalin, how do you intend to hide the deaths of fifteen million Ukrainian nationals, more than I will probably ever kill in my whole life, from the world?
Stalin: A good question with a simple answer: I will make up lies about the Ukrainian patriots, calling them Nazis when all they want is a country for themselves like every other people on Earth. Then people will say that the 17 million people I have killed in the well-documented terror-famine were probably anti-semites, which is obviously not true, and actually more people died in the terror-famine than the Holocaust, so we should think of it the same way.
Hitler: You can't hide the truth from people forever, Stalin... But I respect your evil, which is perhaps greater than my own.

Delayed answer: I think that the Marxist take is more like this: Moral arguments tend to be trite when made explicitly. And moral arguments need to be placed in the context of what people are actually doing instead of forming the content of all social science.
Like if you want to understand what's happening in Syria, arguing about whether Assad is a "dictator" will tell you almost nothing about what is going on. Even if you oppose Assad, saying it is "immoral" to drop Donkey Kong bombs on al-Nusra doesn't really mean that Assad is going to say "oh sorry I didn't know that" and stop doing it. It is vastly better to know the specific history of the region, the soldiers and equipment used in the fighting, the demographics involved, the natural resources and the world market for them, the economics of regional trade.... Not in a cynical way, just that if you wanted to have a socialist revolution, knowing how many people are organized into unions etc would be more relevant than whether you have a moral right to laws governing collective bargaining.
If there is a Marxist "morality", it is probably not rules-based in the way that like... "killing a person is always wrong" way... and certainly not crassly utilitarian in the way that economists calculate things... There is clearly in Marx a belief that the logic of revolution is to escape the arbitrary restrictions of ideology and material circumstance that are causing people to have to work according to the schedule of a machine and capitalist accounting... which does imply a certain support for radical freedom... but I think it's also true that Marx is not as worried about what that freedom will be used for... he assumes (based on a long tradition) that people have a pretty good idea of what they would want to do if they had a lot of free time. And even here it's not really so much an existentialist dread about what to do or whatever, it's more a very pragmatic and practical thing that, like, some people want to become athletes, some want to perform music... not that we need to impose some sort of values on them.
This is fucking crazy: our Ukraine allies just appointed an actual neo-Nazi, Vadim Troyan, head of National Police https://t.co/8ZGmOCbprz

woah, insanely fucked up to have crossover between nazis and police. totally unprecidented.
Secretary Nota Spie: But sir, you have an incoming call from Detective Skinhead, he says it's urgent!
Commissioner Ap Lant: It'll have to wait, I fear that our police services have been infiltrated by nazi radicals!
(listening outside the door, officers Ima Fash, Fritz Reich, and Bob Whitepride look at each other feigning surprise)
