Although he was an embarrassment in his politics, and a capitalist's son, you got to admire a guy who became the mayor of the biggest city in Canada and still went on drunken benders and drunk driving, as well as doing crack with some of his poorest constituents. I mean, I think we can all emphasize with drinking vodka in a deserted park late at night.

Yeah, aside from the previously mentioned good qualities, he was a piece of shit wifebeater, who only got elected because of the dumb amalgamation letting the dumb suburbanites be wooed by his war on bikes and not taking taxpayer money (because as mentioned he and his brother had plenty of their daddy's money).
