one idea i had was paying people to mod or write articles out of a common pool of money from donations. it would cost like a dollar a month to post or something. and then that would pay for things to occur. thats probably an insane solution though.
maybe we could set it up as 'dues' like you gotta put in your five bucks a month or you cant post but as soon as you do you can post again. we could do it via paypal or something? i dont know
There should at least be a donate link to cover the cost of hosting and the github. If we starting getting lots of gravy we can discuss paying people. And later, native advertising

which is pretty funny tbh
I just think we need more ppl, last time I made an effort post I think it got 0 responses because everyone here is intelligent enough to either agree with what I said or more importantly not debate something they know nothing about. Which makes for a good forum but very short threads. I have faith though, every poster here I don't recognize from old LF days has been good except for Mustang.

I'm going to take some time to excise that stuff and anything else sensitive, before putting it up. it will take a little bit of time because i have a real life occasionally, and i want to make sure i'm not doing anything stupid. i'll try to have it done in the next few days.
if it's django isn't that just the settings file?
