i think depending on church scrilla would be a surefire way to ruin the community space. theyd definitely have a problem with something. like how many schools stopped letting boy scouts have meetings there because they exclude gays
maybe we could find a weird church that has cool rules or something. like they'd get down their in a huff and be like "we have one rule in partychrist church... have fun, if you want to!"
One for the Money
Stephanie Plum (Katherine Heigl) is a proud city girl with plenty of attitude. She's also newly-divorced with no prospective employment. The only way for her to turn things around is to accept a job at her sleazy cousin's bail bonding company, just long enough to make some fast cash. Her first assignment? Former vice cop and murder suspect Joe Morelli (Jason O'Mara), the same Joe Morelli who broke her heart in high school. Stephanie thinks she's hit the jackpot - not only will catching him be the sweet revenge she's been waiting for but she'll also get a hefty pay cheque out of it. As she learns the ropes of what it takes to be a recovery agent, she also realizes that her new job might not be as easy as she planned.

five doll hairs says that original screenplay was called Plum for the Money
it's a whole series of mediocre novels. the main gimmick is that titles are numberpuns

come to think of it it might have been less than $150k, i dont remember. it wasn't much, it was a big building on a decent sized lot. i think thunder bay is more expensive than it should be though, i feel like theres been a lot of housing built there.
do you remember how much land he got on the farmstead? i dunno the soil at all on the south side, what does he grow?

It ought to be members only. Seriously think for a moment, you do not want some random person squatting in our high class community centre. Common people are disruptive and loud. We have to teach them to be like us first
:10bux:
Anyway the common sort are not like us. They also outnumber us and could dilute the greatness of our centre. Imagine if you will some pudgy american sitting on our favourite sofa and talking endlessly about his ” fanny pack”

So I was thinking the practical timeline for this would be like, find a location, speak with locals about what they would want in a community center, speak with city elected officials about it and see if there is any funding available, get a board together with some interested parties, maybe get some cool sketches or mock ups done, and then start a kickstarter project + general fundraising, then make a 501(c), buy the property in a trust after working out zoning stuff, then start building! promote the center, get it to support other local events, and then sit back and watch the money pour inyour plan is to buy bare land and build on it?
