They have the usual native issues re: poverty and substance abuse but there's no Rez to dump them all on and ignore them. In theory villages are basically that but nobody lives in those they're all like 200 people. In my time working in villages people have always been very nice to me, like leave it to beaver nice.

yeah the other day someone semi-famous died here and i was like yeah he was a 70 year old lawyer with enormous stress so not really a big surprise and my whole family was like WTF don't say that, 70 isn't old at all (my dad is 62).
