basically some clever dude started websites where males would send him collections of pictures of their ex-girlfriends and then these females would send him money to try to stop their lives from being ruined, or the females would try to kill themselves, whatever. some people got aggro about this and they charged him with some stuff and now he could go to the big house for a long time.
his lawyer said "It's gross, it's offensive, but it's not illegal" which is the last refuge of every liberal sex scoundrel.

idk if the website owner could get charged with that specific crime, although there is an argument for complicity or conspiracy to commit it, as he aided/abetted/encouraged people to commit this crime
