this is a link to the story, which starts an autoplay video hell: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/02/03/revenge-porn-convicted_n_6604556.html

basically some clever dude started websites where males would send him collections of pictures of their ex-girlfriends and then these females would send him money to try to stop their lives from being ruined, or the females would try to kill themselves, whatever. some people got aggro about this and they charged him with some stuff and now he could go to the big house for a long time.

his lawyer said "It's gross, it's offensive, but it's not illegal" which is the last refuge of every liberal sex scoundrel.

in colorado that would likely be a misdemeanor with a max penalty of 18 months in the county jail or a $5,000 fine (per count). the charge is called something like transmitting personal images with the intent to harass. i just picked up a client who is charged with this very crime

idk if the website owner could get charged with that specific crime, although there is an argument for complicity or conspiracy to commit it, as he aided/abetted/encouraged people to commit this crime

i just saw some story the other day that made me super pissed since it was some guy like this who got away with something ridiculous like just being banned from uploading pictures from the internet (!?!?!?!) or something. is this the same guy?? it would be great if the person i was reading about received an actual punishment.
anyways lets kill him or both of them if it's two different guys

film it when you kill him. then we can voyeuristically watch you engage in an act of retribution.
