i dont think he was fascist if that wasnt clear, but functionally he fit the same roles that insidious fascist academics usually perform (cementing anticommunism in academia + affirming capitalist propaganda disguised as "economics" to students + rehabilitating nietzsche). i think thats agreeable enough
