a few months ago i was like "i haven't had a burger in months, let's get this party started!" and then i used my mental burgermap to go to a bar and grill and get a burger except the burger was all burnt and gross and made me sick so well that learned my lesson. so for a fat dude i eat fewer burgers than one might expect.

i took the cytomel today but forgot to take the clen, well, because i didnt go to work so i couldnt take it. i might eat later on, i'm gonna go to the gym and see how i feel afterwards w/r/t hunger.

plus i have so much muscle mass right now, it's highly doubtful that by getting skinny i'll lose enough of it to look emaciated

how hot are you talking. is this what you do for regular cleaning or for de-seasoning. to de-season people either generally bury it in hot coals for several hours or use oven cleaner. for regular cleaning just scrub with a brush or sponge under hot water while its still warm.

Yeah you can do most of that shit here.
