at first this didn't concern me much, because yeah NYC is expensive no duh, but the fact they have developed a half-bedroom is terrifying. how could that possibly exist? how can you have half a room? wouldn't it just be a smaller room? it'd be like digging a half-hole. this is contrary to basic sense. i need to lie down.
