heres my suggestion: google shit you want to eat, cross reference a few recipes and then cook that shit. keep doing that until you get a sense of when to add sweet, sour, salty etc elements to a dish to make it more to your liking. now you know how to cook. its just as easy in the age of the internet as it is to be a pretend leftist or "eclectic" music fan. unless youre somekind of palate retard.

what i do now is i heat up some basil in olive oil in a tiny cast iron pan, add some spinach and sausage, then beat 3 eggs, pour those in, add some red onion and rip up some fresh mozz and put that on top, then, before the eggs are cooked, toss it in the oven so the whole thing bakes and the cheese melts. then i take it out and flip it onto a plate wthout even touching the egg because theres so much oil still in it. just slides off. fuck thats delicious.

packhard stood in the stirrups and sawed the palomino around in the draw. its eyes rolling floodlit in the bloodred of the lowering sun. the horse stepped high with equine disdain and its bronze flanks shivered as if to ward off some chill though the evening air was warm and still. riggs looked up from his cookfire and spat. it was a long time until he spoke and when he did it was with the air of a man condemned.
i suppose you come to hear about the boat.
i been a-follerin ye for nigh three weeks. youre god damn right i want to hear about that boat.
riggs raked his grease-caked hair with a callused hand and stared into his firecoals. i worked them corpus christi shipyards for years. never did see nothin like that thing. them yankee neckbeard boys with their plans. never did talk none to us shipfitters. crazy. most of the old hands up and quit soon as word got out what they wanted. id of left myself too if id of known.
but you didnt.
no.
well.
they was promisin good wages. what did i care what damnfool kind of ship they wanted. i think i might of beleived in it some myself there at the start, once it got goin. all that beef. hell. took seven thousand head a cattle just to make the hull. grills roastin day and night. prime rib deck plaitng, aspic portholes, ground sirlon bulkheads. all that fat to caulk it up. i believed. you should of seen it.
i seen the pictures. i seen that god damn bowspirit too. that poor girl. ive seen some godawful shit in my time but if theres any one thing i could choose to forget it would be that thing. sons of bitches.
riggs looked up.
you got to understand. i wasnt runnin none a them grinders. if id of knowed what they was usin id of left. i swear. id of left. wasnt till all them watefront gals disappeared that i suspected.
they hell fire. ye knowed. all the cattle for a hundred miles butchered and gone and still they was crankin out meat. one ton a day they was usin. goddamn. miles of sausage. ye stayed till they roasted and launched that godawful meatship and then ye came arunnin to the law. like ye could wash ye hands of it. well theys some things ye cant take back. im here to see to that.
packhard sat back in his saddle and drew the long colt. he took careful aim and shot riggs twice in the chest and returned the big pistol to its place in the tooled holster. riggs pitched forward and fell heavily in the scrub, his breath coming ragged as his heart's blood pooled in the red sandstone of the dry creekbed.

hello every body. i am currently at home where i live with parents so i dont cook

im going back to the hospital, however; i mash the foods up until they taste good to me.
my tips incl:
- salt everything except sauces and dessert
- pepper most things, esp soups, unless you have more taste buds left than other ppl
- mix errthing on your main-dish plate
- sugar up tea, coffee, dessert (if dessert is fruit)
- cut up food to a baby-mouth's size
- iunno i have holes in my memories from being in a stressful env't but i am sure i did more things
