OP since you've started this thread, I have gotten a raise at my job, begun to start up a small side business utilizing a hobby I enjoy and seem to have some skill in, I've lost 40 lbs, bought a new truck, and am in the process of kicking my roommate out for basically being exactly the same guy as you, OP, except that he's not 400 lbs and he wastes all the time he should be looking for work, playing CCG phone games and claiming that no job is good enough for him, and that there's no logical reason why he was fired form the job he held for a whole 2 months (but claimed that he was the most successful and best employee there, of course!)

I've also made a big step (which was holding me back for the last few years, to be quite frank,) of going in to my physician, firing her, getting a different one, firing HIM too (different reasons,) and then finding one whom I felt comfortable with, and also adjusted my medication so I'm no longer having weird, unwelcome and unhealthy thoughts creep into my awareness when I'm stressed or down in the dumps. I also have winterized my garden and learned to make some really amazingly tasty, healthy, cheap, and easy food out of pretty much anything laying around in the pantry, cupboard, and garden. I still like the occasional frozen pizza or cup noodles, but I'm working on my blood pressure and frankly, that shit costs too much to be a sustainable way to feed yourself.

I have not had reason or the desire to lie about my family, home, or financial situation to get free pizza from the internet, charities, or anyone else. I haven't reneged on anything which I said that I would do. I haven't spent all of my time playing video games and being terrible at it either (until GTA 5 came out, but it's winter anyway and will be raining for the next 8 months here, so since I've got a job, why not?)
