apparently if i'd filed a police report i wouldn't have had to pay a fee to replace my driver's license , which would have been helpful since of course all my cash was in the purse and i had to borrow money from a friend to pay the replacement fee... the bureaucrat at the dmv was so depressing , would not take my last $6 and waive the remaining fee for any amount of pouting , and her eyes bugged out when i said i didnt file a police report , like that made me a crazy person but i mean i just figured well they're not goign to find the thing and i don't want anyone to get messed up or arrested anyway so whatever they can have a little party on my bit of cash and laugh at my few little pages of notes and funny id photo i don't care i guess , i mean i wish theyd just taken the csh and left my purse though , there was nothing else worth taking and it was a really cute purse and now there's all this hassle replacing everything. it was just so unnecessary. i'm so depressed. i wish everyone would be nice to me all the time
