this is like the right-wing outrage over Holder's DoJ hiring attorneys who defended Gitmo detainees. perhaps they were right to be concerned, seeing as how Gitmo is now closed and all.

Reid (D-Nev.) -- who initially voted in favor of confirmation -- later switched his vote to no, giving him the right as Senate leader to bring up the nomination again at a later date.
