Only three out of every 100 rapists will ever spend even a single day in prison, according to a new analysis by RAINN of Justice Department data. The other 97 will walk free, facing no consequences for the violent felony they have committed. Because rapists tend to be serial criminals, this leaves communities across the nation at risk of predators.



Rape is not an exception. The vast majority of crimes go unresolved.

This just shows the failure of government police and the military-industrial complex to ensure order. We already are in "anarchy" in the negative sense that statists use, the state fulfills all of its harmful roles and fails at its beneficial ones.

actually thats not true. What is confusing you and the other Feminists is the fact that rape trials are the one instance of our criminal justice system where the defendant actually walks in the door with a shred of a presumption of innocence intact, and with the benefit of a strong evidenciary burden on the state. Ideally, all conviction statistics would resemble those of rape trials

In order to argue against anarchocapitalism you have to downplay the importance of police homicides. It makes liberals have to say, "sure the government kills people, but not enough to outweigh how great welfare is."
