With the hung jury, prosecutors could press for a new trial on the murder charge.
Regardless -- and pending defense appeals -- Dunn appears set to face a lengthy prison term.

Henry all you did was cite some Jew mainstream media article which was meant to get you riled up. If you already have 4 counts of murder there's not much more you can get out of the fifth. And besides you don't even know what you're talking about, you're clinging to the minor semantic difference between second degree murder (not planned in advance) and first degree (premediated). If there was an article upset that a black person accused of first degree murder for a crime they didn't premediate you'd drink the same koolaid that CNN handed you.

Your focus is also really selective Henry, you never ever talk about the OJ Simpson trial or any less-than-ideal instance of liberalism.

i just think its weird that a jury can agree he attempted to murder one occupant of a vehicle while disagreeing on whether he murdered another occupant in the same incident

But I'm sure liberals, without knowing any other facts about the case, immediately jump on the conclusion CNN wanted them to.

And even if there is evidence beyond reasonable doubt that all cases were first degree murder, it could just be one person on the jury dissenting.

Henry is running around shouting "WHITE SUPREMACISM!!!" based on very little evidence or knowledge of the case.

I mean maybe CNN isn't biased, it might be an honest mistake, but they could spend a few lines talking about the difference between first and second degree murder and how second degree murder has to do with premediation and doesn't mean "he didn't kill anyone."
#5
Henry I don't really care about the details, I'll support your social cause if you campaign for 5 murder convictions regardless of the evidence just to be a nice guy, but you're drawing huge conclusions like "America is a shithole" (which I happen to agree with after LBJ and Obama but anyway) off of 1 MSM article.

abolish the prison system now. anarchy now.

Yeah the Alexander case really highlights the flaws in statism. Pro-Hispanic racism let Zimmerman get away, but pro-Black racism (Alexander's ex-husband, who she shot at, was black) put Alexander in prison. Rather than trying to balance different racisms it's best to just chill out and listen to Getfiscal.

Premeditation in Florida, as many other states, it just means that you took a split second to consider your act before you did it. It's too bad CNN didn't spend the first paragraph of its article explaining that to you.

You don't necessarily know what you're talking about though.

Yeah! That's what he deserves for trying to establish abortion clinics in nonwhite areas!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premeditated_murder

Premeditated murder is the crime of wrongfully causing the death of another human being (also known as murder) after rationally considering the timing or method of doing so, in order to either increase the likelihood of success, or to evade detection or apprehension.

Thats not exactly what you said worthless, all I had to do was spend 1 second looking it up on wikipedia.

Spend more than a second, guy.

"Premeditation in Florida, as many other states, it just means that you took a split second to consider your act before you did it" is categorically wrong, here's another link.

http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/premeditation

PREMEDITATION. A design formed to commit a crime or to do some other thing before it is done.
2. Premeditation differs essentially from will, which constitutes the crime, because it supposes besides an actual will, a deliberation and a continued persistence which indicate more perversity. The preparation of arms or other instruments required for the execution of the crime, are indications of a premeditation, but are not absolute proof of it, as these preparations may have been intended for other purposes, and then suddenly changed to the performance of the criminal act. Murder by poisoning must of necessity be done with premeditation. See Aforethought; Murder.

So you need to prove "besides an actual will, a deliberation and a continued persistence."

It's all boring legal crap which doesn't have any clear relation to getting your little extremist dick hard.

i dont think desiring an equitable and sustainable future for all of mankind is extremist

In Florida, District Court of Appeal of Florida, Justice Douglas Wallace presiding, preferred these words in Berube v State:

"Premeditation is the essential element which distinguishes first-degree murder from second-degree murder.

"Premeditation is defined as more than a mere intent to kill; it is a fully formed conscious purpose to kill.

"This purpose to kill may be formed a moment before the act but must exist for a sufficient length of time to permit reflection as to the nature of the act to be committed and the probable result of that act."

Okay. Is this supposed to contradict what I said?

What is your point, that you've conclusively proved that the guy has first degree murder, White Supremacism is everywhere and I should vote for Obama in 2016?

#20
The fact that we're arguing over an inane semantic point about a guy who already has over 9000 years in jail is just proof that this isn't a great example of White supremacism in action and this seems to be the best you can do.
#21
The thing is, you guys focus on marginal and unclear instances of racism while spending very little time discussing things which seriously affect the black community like crime, drug addiction, and teen pregnancy. This is why it's clear that you're not actually trying to help people.
