I think the mod bans are institutional self-preservation. Blink needs to make sure nobody here gets a job.
You're more likely to get hits if you expand your search to other countries and positions requiring a business degree. It's a lot of work, I applied to thousands of positions over months before getting a good offer. You'll get one though.

i appreciate your concern but i'm not too worried now to be honest. i have a few leads locally that would be pretty solid jobs. i can't really move for a few years for complex reasons so my main focus now is just getting a random job that i can sort of coast with while planning my next move, probably back to a major city. the main thing is just being able to pay my bills.
