simple plain sort of thick opaque stretch cotton pants are what is generally meant by 'leggings' these days. a lot of them are footless and cut off low on the ankle, and they are popular as casual clothing along with a lot of very skinny pants made of various stretchy fabrics. not the fetishy lacy sheer stockings you're thinking of. also i think maybe the only cross dressers you know are in movies.



Not everyone in california is in movies, and we arent all surfers either.
