i'm paraphrasing Stalin's judgement on the political power of the Vatican and striking an ironic pose advocating a boorish masculine militarism.
however, the u.s. is the most bloodthirsty nation on earth and it constantly calls for and celebrates the death of its enemies. that same bloodthirsty warmachine has been trying to prop up malala as a propaganda piece to support its continued interventions in the middle east. the truth of her radicalism (trot tho she may be) and commitment to women's rights is immaterial in this context, except as it supports a certain agenda.
it may sound trite, but it is absolutely true that had she been hit by a u.s. drone instead of a taliban bullet, we never would have heard of her and her death would have been just another justifiable statistic to all the pundits and politicians trying to shill for the ongoing war for Freedom and Democracy.
though i am strongly on the 'against' side when it comes to the great 'should we shoot children?' debate, i recognize that i am already complicit in child murder as a u.s. resident-- which i find far more offensive than the jokes made on this known hate site, rhiZZone.Com.
but it is also a very lot to ask from a 16 year old, however intelligent, kind and resourceful she may be. i am sure she understands the situation in pakistan better than i do. i am less sure about those using her name for their own ends.

are you clear on the reality of who the u.s. military is?
