So they didn't actually admit to being rapists, at least not directly? Has anyone actually read the report to see the standards they used in determining what constitutes a rape, given that they hid the term from the participants?

This is the Roman alphabet, Portuguese specifically, with nine additional diacritics. You can thank a French Jesuit.
