The Holy Qur’ān 15:27 describes جن, Jinn, which are entities "made of smokeless fire" which are the third sapient creation of Allah, after angels and humans. Jinn are not analogous to demons in the Christian or Japanese traditions. While they can exist as both material and immaterial, can possess humans, and have free will, Jinn can be good, evil or morally neutral.

Jinn can also be male or female, which can have consequences. For example, when a male Jinn possesses a male human, the human may take upon moral quantities, as determined by their opposing degrees of will and the desires of the Jinn. It may indeed instead to do nothing at all, instead preferring to simply experience the world in a different way (Qur’ān 33:50.)

When a Jinn takes over the body of a person of the opposite gender, the results can be devastating. No matter the wishes of the Jinn, the human begins feeling profound symptoms of wrongness and a disassociation with their gender, and all the classic symptoms of what the atheistic, Judaic "science" ogf psychology has deemed "dysphoria." As the Turkish-born, Iranian Cleric and scholar Jwn qas-Alma'ez wrote in 2007:

The cause of mental illness being possession by Jinn is unquestionable in hundreds of years of Islamic scholarship stretching all the way back to Mohammed, peace be upon him. The glorious Iranian revolutionary government, following the correct and only Shia interpretation of Allah's will, saw fit to take a different tactics towards persons afflicted with this disorder. While others were punishing it like the scourge of homosexuality, we realized that by altering the body of the possessed individual, we could render it an inhospitable host to the jinn



As qas-Alma'ez notes, the Islamic Republic of Iran has really led the world in effective exorcisms of Jinn, and if we're really set on ending the scourge of gender dysphoria, we need to embrace these divinely-inspired, effective philosophies and quit putting our faith in the atheistic science that has poisoned the world.
