Why do you still adore revisionist regimes like the USSR and Cuba? In both societies, people still work far more than they need to.
Here's my proposal.
-Nationalize agriculture so people have food
-Abolish property, coercion, and all incentive to work in the rest of the economy
Clearly this will abolish both work and unemployment, as the idea of not having a Job as some kind of bad thing is purely a social construct which will be abolished once all capitalist and state-capitalist work incentives are eliminated.
To be unemployed is glorious!
